How is my order shipped? Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. We ship orders from Austria within 2 business days by fedex priority, all orders should arrive to any destination worldwide within 2 to 3 business days. We also offer airmail service if requested. If you prefer to ship by UPS, DHL or TNT, please  provide your account number. Please note that AQUADIVE cannot be responsible for delays in transit.

Do I have to pay taxes? Due to different international tax laws, all prices listed on the website are factory prices, any taxes applied at the country of destination are the responsibility of the consignee. If you order from within the EU, 20% VAT must be collected by AQUADIVE prior to shipping, you will receive a link to pay 20% VAT after you have placed your order. If you order using paypal, the VAT will be collected during the order process and will add up to the listed price.

How much does it cost? We charge a $29.00 FedEx flat fee per order to the USA and Europe. $39.00 to Asia, Australia and New Zealand. $49.00 to South America and Africa. Sometimes we run free shipping promotions, this will be advertised on the order page

Do all of my stock items ship the next day? For the most part, yes. With 1 exception, if a product is on pre-order.

What else should I know? We cannot ship to PO boxes. We can ship to military APOs.

When do orders ship? All orders ship next business day.

Can I track my order once it is shipped? Yes, once the package have gone into the shipper s package stream, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the package on the shippers website.
